Rest assured, we work diligently to meet mutually agreed-upon deadlines and provide you with a clear project timeline before we begin work.
What's the process for collaborating on a design project?
Our collaboration process is designed to be seamless and client-focused. It typically involves several key stages:
Consultation: We start by discussing your project goals, vision, and requirements in detail.
Concept Development: Our team creates initial design concepts for your feedback and input.
Prototyping: Once initial payment is received, prototyping process typically takes about 3 weeks. If your project can't wait that long, rush orders can be discussed.
Revisions: We refine the chosen concept based on your feedback, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision. 3 revisions are included in the initial prototyping fee, after that additional revisions incur additional fees.
Finalization: Once you're satisfied, we finalize the design and and get to work bringing your dreams to life!
Can I use the design files for both print and digital purposes?
Absolutely. We provide you with design files that are versatile and suitable for both print and digital use. Whether you need graphics for your website, social media profiles, or print materials like brochures and business cards, we ensure that you receive the appropriate file formats (such as JPEG, PNG, and PDF) to meet your specific needs.
